Here at Richard Carriger Company, we strive to create homes as individual as you are. We want the building process to be an enjoyable experience from the initial conversation until you move in. Each step we work together to communicate, design and build the home of your dreams.
In our homes we work to create a space that is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside by utilizing the finest construction materials, supreme quality and highest rated professionals. We organize communication through a custom builder project management software to keep you informed throughout the design, construction and completion to enhance the home ownership experience.

Step 1: Open dialogue
The first step in our process is to determine how your home will be used and where it will be located. We will engage in an organized conversation, help determine the best lot selection, and ultimately begin to establish the basic parameters of your home.
Step 2: Floorplans and renderings
After finding the optimal location, our team assists you to create an impeccable fully customized layout tailored to your family and life. From here a series of floor plans and elevations are created to help you envision your home. During this phase changes are easiest to make and that is why we work hard with you to ensure every detail is accurate and how you want them.

Step 3: Final floor plan and contract
Once the floor plan is finalized, we can provide a detailed list of specifications, and an accurate price. A comprehensive list of personalized features, construction materials and finish selections will be provided for you to review - providing you with the security of having all the details in writing.
Step 4: Construction
Obviously the most exciting phase of the process but it can be the most stressful. Our team and custom building management software, Co-Construction, will always keep the communication channels open to make sure you are aware of every detail.
Step 5:
Walk through and punch list
During this phase, our years of experience, impeccable craftsmanship and exceptional quality really show. Our attention to quality throughout construction make our walk-throughs virtually painless. We follow up months later to check on your home and will be there the moment you need us.
